Timberlog residents and staff recently took advantage of the gorgeous weather by taking a trip to the recently refurbished steak restaurant, at the Watermill Beefeater Grill in Basildon.
Our regular taxi firm ferried us to the venue, where the helpful staff, easy accessibility and handy lift meant we were soon comfortably settled at our table, perusing the menu.
Everyone was in a jolly mood and as lunch progressed we enjoyed plenty of lively conversation and good humour. True to form, all of our sweet toothed residents saved room for dessert and with no one in any rush to get back, we all then relaxed and whiled away a very pleasant sunny afternoon, fuelled with tea, coffee and other tipples from the bar.
